St. Martins Villa
Information
St Martin's Villa is located at Westerhall Point, a scenic peninsula in the south of Grenada. The house is situated on the hillside overlooking the beautiful Caribbean Sea, providing stunning views along with a welcome cooling sea breeze. Surrounding the house is over one hectare of gardens containing typical Grenadian flora and fauna including lime trees, pawpaw trees, coconut trees, a mandarin tree, and even a spice garden! The house provides an excellent base for those wishing to explore the real Grenada.
The villa is approximately fifteen minutes' drive from the airport. There is a local bus service and many taxi services but visitors are advised to hire a car for ease of access. There is space for parking at the top of the drive at the front of the villa.
Westerhall Point is well located for ease of access for the major shopping areas, Grand Anse (10 minutes away by car) and St George's (15 minutes away).
There are a number of beaches at Westerhall Point, only a few minutes' walking distance from the villa.
● All rooms have remote control A/C and ceiling fans.
● The villa has three double bedrooms. The en-suite Master Bedroom contains a king size double bed. The large, third bedroom has two single beds and a double sofa bed. There is a shower and toilet next to it.
● The villa comprises the following: Beach Towels, Bath and Hand Towels, Cellular Phone, Telephone, Cable T.V., CD Player, Cooker, Fridge, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Kettle, Toaster, Crockery, Cutlery, Cooking Utensils and Washing Machine.
● Maid service is provided twice a week to clean and to change the bed linens and towels. Additional visits by the maid can be arranged on request. A gardener visits once a week
● Pool with deck.
